Jennytha Raj (Jenn) is a consultant and operator who has built her career around turning ambitious ideas into reality. With over a decade of experience leading global initiatives, she combines strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, ensuring ideas move seamlessly from concept to outcome.

At Ārvam Studio, a manufacturing consultancy, Jenn leads global operations and client partnerships, working with brands, studios, and designers worldwide to deliver complex, multi-material projects with precision and purpose. She is known for bridging creative ambition with operational clarity, guiding clients through supply-chain strategy, production, and logistics with a systems-driven approach to bring their ideas to life.

Before Ārvam, she built and scaled Mering Global, a manufacturing trading company she grew for nearly a decade before it was merged into a larger portfolio. She also launched Drinking Buddies, which operated as China’s first craft beer subscription club and an importer serving both national trade and direct-to-consumer sales - introducing over a dozen new craft breweries from around the world into China.

She was co-partner at Glou Kitchen & Bar, where she directed strategic and operational foundations from the ground up, shaping brand positioning and cultural identity while ensuring profitability in a competitive market. Earlier in her career, she worked at Accenture in management consulting, sharpening her skills in strategy, technology, and management.

Living between the UK and China and now based in Australia, Jenn brings a multicultural perspective and entrepreneurial track record to every role. Native in English and with a professional fluency in Chinese, she works seamlessly across cultures and geographies, building systems that allow creativity to scale and businesses to grow.
