INFORMATION

Jenn Raj is an operations and supply chain leader with over a decade of experience building and running complex, cross-border businesses and operations. 

She spent over a decade in China building Mering Global, a manufacturing agency, before it was acquired. She founded Arvam, a production management consultancy, and began her career in management consulting at Accenture. She has delivered projects for everyone from startups to DTC brands and Fortune 500 companies, managing suppliers and supporting operations across Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Jenn works with businesses as a fractional operations and supply chain leader - embedding inside teams that need senior ops capability without a full-time hire. She is native in English, professionally fluent in Mandarin, and works with companies across Australia, the US, and Europe.
